  1. Open Brioche
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap "Send Feedback"
  4. Describe your issue

Common Issues

Recipe Import Problems

If a recipe isn't importing correctly:

  1. Verify the URL points directly to the recipe (not a search or category page)
  2. Try the "Import from Image" feature as an alternative
  3. Check if the website requires a login or subscription
  4. Send us the URL and we'll investigate

Sync Issues

If your recipes aren't syncing:

  1. Ensure you're signed in (Settings > Account)
  2. Check that Cloud Sync is enabled
  3. Verify your internet connection
  4. Try pulling down to refresh on the recipe list
  5. Sign out and sign back in
